Please Note: Slide sheets are not suitable for patient lifting. Any patient manoeuvres that are conducted while using this product should be done so without lifting.

How Do I Maintain the Patient Slide Sheets?
Each of these sheets are designed to be for one patient only during their hospital stay. Individual sheets should never be used for multiple patients, and should be discarded after use. Lightly soiled sheets still in use by the patient can be wiped clean using a sterilisation liquid for optimal hygiene.

The colour of the sheets serves more than just an aesthetic purpose. The lilac colour of these sheets means they are designed for bariatric patients. The Cromptons collection of slide sheets comes in a variety of different colours:
- Red: for single patient use. This means they can be re-used by a single person over a couple of months, but can't be laundered.
- Blue: reusable for multiple patients. The blue sheets are designed to last over the course of a couple of years, and the are designed to be washable.
