We use carefully selected couriers to deliver our items. This ensures that you receive your products as quickly as possible by a trusted delivery provider. Delivery CostsDelivery costs are £6.95 (excluding VAT) for orders under £40 (excluding VAT) and FREE for orders of £40 (excluding VAT) and over. This means that if you spend £40 or more with HospitalBeds.co.uk your item will be delivered free of charge.
Some larger or heavier items will be couriered to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands or UK offshore islands. In these cases, we may need to contact you to arrange for a courier supplement charge, but only if your item is one that requires a courier and you live in Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands or UK offshore islands. When Will Your Order Be Dispatched?We are focused on ensuring that you receive your item as quickly as possible. We normally deliver our items with 1 to 3 working days after dispatch. Certain products require an additional quality control phase to be completed prior to dispatch. If you would like up-to-the-minute delivery information about your order and delivery expectation, please contact our helpful Customer Care Team who will be happy to assist you. The team are available between 09:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Considerations for InstallationIf you have purchased our bed installation service as part of your bed order, an engineer will be in contact to finalise the date and time of your installation. To avoid any complications during the delivery and installation process, please disclose all potential parking restrictions to your installation engineer when you are contacted. This includes potential parking disruptions resulting from parking permits, double parking, restricted space, or any other considerations associated with your chosen delivery location. Failure to do so may result in additional charges. European DeliveryUnfortunately, we do not currently ship items outside of the UK. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause. |
