The Vicair Liberty Back Pressure Relief Cushion is available with or without back straps and makes the ideal replacement for a wheelchair with a standard sling back. The backrest of the Vicair Liberty Back Pressure Relief Cushion can also be adjusted to follow the contours of the spinal column.

Unique Air-Filled SoftCells
Vicair cushions are designed with a unique and innovative pressure relief system, consisting of hundreds of air-filled SoftCells. These small, pyramid-shaped cells are arranged in strategically placed compartments, allowing for bespoke support and relief. Flexible and fabric-coated, these cells have a low friction level, allowing them to move with the patient to produce a significant reduction in shear forces while conforming to body contours.
Completely Watertight
This cushion is made of waterproof material and is completely watertight. This makes it a highly hygienic option for incontinent users, as the cushion is easy to clean and disinfect.
Easy Setup
This cushion has an innovative design which has resulted in a comfortable and easy to use seating solution. To set up the Vicair Liberty Back Pressure Relief Cushion, simply open the valve, sit the user in the chair and allow the cushion to adjust for a couple of minutes. The air volume will automatically adjust itself to the user's weight and body shape, at which point you can close the valve as the cushion will be ready for use.
