How Can These Hospital Bed Wedges Help Prevent Falls?

As a patient ages, so does the risk of them falling out of bed and this could result in serious injury. These side wedges are designed to keep the patient safely in bed, but without the restrictive design of other products.

How Do the Side Wedges Work?

To provide the patient with non-restrictive protection against falling out of bed, the draw sheet included with this set should be attached to the bed with the easy-to-use, quick-release buckles. Then, the side wedges should be attached to the sheet on the hook and loop strips on either side of the sheet. These stay firmly in place to ensure the patient stays safely in place and prevents roll out, without the entrapment issues other products possess.

• Height: 20cm (8")

Vapour Permeable and Cotton Choices Available

The draw sheet and wedges in this set have a vapour permeable wipe clean fabric, but a cotton draw sheet is also available to purchase. Please be sure to make the correct selection for your requirements before heading before making your purchase.
